This policy is incorporated into the Fodzyme Terms of Sale. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

30-day risk-free guarantee (first orders only)

Your very first FODZYME® order is covered by our 30-day risk-free guarantee. If FODZYME® isn't right for you, request a refund within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No return is required. Shipping, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.

This guarantee applies only to first orders placed directly on fodzyme.com by Kiwi Health, Inc. Products purchased from authorized or unauthorized sellers, Amazon.com, or other third-party marketplace vendors are not eligible for refunds under this policy.

To request a refund, contact our team at hello@fodzyme.com or +1 (857) 425-3616 with your order number. Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days to the original payment method.

If your refund request is outside the 30-day window, we are unable to issue a refund or offer credit. If you cancel your subscription and later reactivate, or start a new subscription, you are no longer eligible for the 30-day guarantee.

Return Policy

United States

Returns on subsequent orders (after your first purchase) are accepted only if the product is unopened and unused, and the request is made within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@fodzyme.com or call +1 (857) 425-3616 with your order number. You may be asked to provide a photo confirming the product is unopened. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to mail back your item.

Refunds are issued within 2 to 5 business days of receiving and processing the return. You'll receive a full refund of the product price to your original payment method.

International customers

We are unable to accept international returns.

Return to sender

If a shipment is returned to sender, we will contact you within 30 days and offer to reship your order or issue a full refund.
